How we use AI, and who is accountable
CedarCall is AI-assisted. We use AI tools to research, draft, monitor and write reports.
Kelly Russell is the accountable human. He owns CedarCall Marketing, he is the person you contract with, and you can email or call him directly at any time. If something goes wrong, it is his responsibility to fix it.

Initial term is 3 months, then month-to-month. Cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' notice. If you leave, you keep your domain, your Google Business Profile and your website content. Ad spend, if any, is paid directly to Google and is not included in these prices. Applicable taxes may apply. Prices may change for new clients.
Founding-client offer: our first 3 clients
- Setup fee waived.
- 20% off your monthly fee for the first 6 months. For example, Growth would be $799/month instead of $999, then $999 after that.
- In return, you agree to the 3-month initial term and let us write up your results as a case study. Nothing is published without your review and approval, and any quote used must be your own words.

Do you guarantee rankings or more calls?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings. Each month we show you what we did and what changed.
How soon will I see results?
It varies. Google Business Profile and local SEO changes often take weeks to months to show up. We set expectations on the call, based on your situation.
Will you write reviews for me?
Never. We ask your real customers for reviews and help you reply. We don't post fake reviews or pay for reviews.
Do I own my website and Google profile?
Your Google Business Profile, your domain and your website content stay yours if you cancel.
Is there a long contract?
The initial term is 3 months, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Do you text my customers?
Only on plans that include text-message review requests, and only to customers who have given written consent. Otherwise requests go by email.
What do you do with the information I send you?
